Material 1.4028
Stainless steel
The material 1.4028 is a martensitic stainless steel.
This material is resistant in moderately aggressive environment.
If your product has a very smooth surface, you will achieve
the best corrosion resistance. Due to its increased carbon content
X30Cr13 is easy to harden. The hardenability, for example, is better than that of
than grade 1.4021, but you have to keep in mind that the corrosion resistance is somewhat lower.
To ensure supply for your projects, we have 1.4028 in round
and sawn flat dimensions in quenched and tempered condition in our stock.
In our sawing center we can produce your desired dimension in shortest time.
in a very short time.
